Image quality
The 18 mm focal length with a 33.6 mm image circle fully covers Super 35 sensors for high-quality, cinematic images up to 6K. The multi-layer coating reduces flare and ghosting.

Speed and bokeh
The fast T2.1 aperture allows shooting in low light and gives control over depth of field. The 10-blade iris produces soft, round bokeh.

Cinematic operation
The focus and iris rings feature cine-standard 0.8 MOD gears for use with common follow focus systems. The focus ring turns through 270 degrees, with markings on both sides in metres and feet. The minimum focus distance is 35 cm.

Compatibility
The lens has a Canon EF-mount. With an 80 mm front diameter it fits many matte boxes, filters and adapters. Suitable for Super 35 cinema cameras such as the RED Komodo, Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, Z Cam and Canon C70.
