Blackmagic Streaming Encoder is an all in one hardware H.264 and H.265 encoder so you can go live to streaming platforms such as YouTube, X, Facebook or even the Blackmagic Cloud with new streaming features!
It lets you output HD and Ultra HD up to 2160p60 via the 12G-SDI input, plus a built in down converter, USB-C webcam output, HDMI monitoring output and support for Ethernet, 4G and 5G mobile networks.
You can also use the Blackmagic Streaming Decoder to create a streaming link for broadcast purposes, which receives and converts H.264 or H.265 streams to SDI video. You can also send talkback, camera control and tally to the camera!

Connecting to any streaming platform is easy because you don't need a computer with complex streaming software and hundreds of settings.
Simply connect an SDI video source from a live production switcher, then connect to the internet using the built in ethernet or your smartphone's cellular network.

The built in hardware streaming engine has been carefully designed to deliver professional broadcast quality live streaming.
It's the perfect all-in-one solution for going live without dropped frames.
It is easily configured using the Blackmagic Streaming Utility where you can select your platform and update your streaming code.
The utility works on Mac and Windows and can be connected via USB or remotely via Ethernet.
If you are technically inclined you can also edit the presets stored in an XML file to change settings or add additional streaming platforms.

Online with 5G or 4G mobile phone networks
For maximum flexibility when broadcasting from a remote location or as a backup to your primary Ethernet connection, connect to the internet using your phone's mobile data!
For tethering simply connect your phone to the USB-C port on the front or rear panel.
In addition to 4G, the new high speed 5G phones are also supported.
If your internet connection drops, Blackmagic Streaming Encoder will automatically switch to the connected phone's cellular network.
You can also choose whether to prioritize the Ethernet connection or the phone's connection.

Built-in Technical Monitoring
