Professional SMPTE-2110 Broadcast Systems
Blackmagic 2110 IP Converters are designed for integrating SDI devices into 2110 IP broadcast systems.

Compliant with SMPTE-2110 IP Video
Blackmagic 2110 IP products are compliant with the SMPTE-2110 IP Video standard, which defines the transport, synchronization and description of 10-bit video, audio and ancillary data over IP networks for broadcast.
They can also re-synchronize SDI inputs to a common PTP clock or lock external devices to the reference output, which is also generated by the PTP clock.
Blackmagic 2110 IP products support SMPTE-2110-20 for uncompressed video, SMPTE-2110-21 for traffic mode and timing, SMPTE-2110-30 for audio and SMPTE-2110-40 for ancillary data.
They also support multicast, which is an efficient way to distribute video, audio and data from a single source to multiple destinations.

12G-SDI multi-rate for SD, HD and Ultra HD
Blackmagic 2110 IP products are designed for high end television production and feature the latest 12G-SDI video connections so you can connect to traditional broadcast equipment using SDI and the new 2110 IP broadcast systems with the same product.
12G-SDI is multi-rate so you can connect to any HD or Ultra HD equipment using a single BNC connector.
Supports 720p HD in 720p50 and 59.94p standards, and 1080i HD interlaced standards in 1080i50 and 1080i59.94.
1080p support includes 1080p at 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, 50, 59.94 and 60p.
12G-SDI supports Ultra HD in all television standards, including 2160p at 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 50, 59.94 and 60p.
