1. DJI Care Refresh (2 Year Plan) may be tied to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:

New and unactivated product;
Drone activated for no more than 48 hours.
2. Upon purchase of DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email along with the instructions to activate it and pair it with the reference DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and its product must be purchased in the same country or region, as the coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.

4. For each replacement request, you will receive a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
