SmallRig 4183 Cage for Sony FX30 / FX3

The SmallRig 4183 Cage for Sony FX30 / FX3 is designed to protect the camera and provide points for mounting accessories. The modular cage consists of a NATO rail and a U-shaped cage. The NATO rail is secured at the top with two 1/4"-20 screws and can be removed to install the original XLR top handle. The U-shaped cage is secured via 1/4"-20 screws on both sides and at the bottom to prevent rotation, with a cushion against scratching. At the battery cover, there is an articulated arm to fit the curve of the camera for a better grip experience for the little finger. A special HDMI cable clamp protects the interfaces to ensure stable signal transmission.

Among the various accessory mounts, 1/4"-20 holes support Magic Arm 2070; ARRI 3/8"-16 locate holes connect Top Handle 2165C or Monitor Mount 2903B; the top NATO rail supports Top Handle 3322, and the left one, Side Handle 2187B; 1/4"-20 locate holes in the upper left quarter and on the left side attach Rod Clamp 3598 for follow focus; two 1/4"-20 holes on the right side provide secure attachment to a quick-release plate for vertical shooting; the cold shoe-mount supports microphone, LED light; and the QD port at the bottom fits the QD belt.

An Arca-Swiss quick-release plate at the bottom can directly attach DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro or a quick-release plate (elevation pad) for DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 gimbal and Arca-Type Quick Release Plate 3154.

Both sides and the bottom have holes for Hand Strap 3848 and Shoulder Strap PSC2428. A magnetic key is also included for easy mounting and dismounting.
