Large-scale lighting solution for film shoots
The Godox AM1600R 88K KNOWLED Flexible LED RGB Mat has a powerful output of 1600 W and delivers a comprehensive full-colour soft light with CCT/HSI/RGBW/GEL/FX colour modes. The GM adjustment offers precise hue control for every shooting situation. Combined with an 8*8 seamless soft film, it provides even and diffuse lighting.
Highlights
- Extensive full-colour soft light with a powerful output of 1600W
- Foldable design for greater mobility
- Renewed butterfly frame, resistant to scratches, tears and wear
Flexible sizes and modular construction
The AM1600R is available in two sizes: 4'x8' for higher brightness and 8'x8' for softer lighting. Both use the same controller. Thanks to the modular structure, light panels can be easily exchanged with Velcro fasteners, while D-rings on the back make it easy to connect or expand panels to meet different shooting requirements.
Renewed butterfly frame, resistant to scratches, tears and wear
The inflatable butterfly frame uses advanced materials and precision manufacturing to dramatically improve scratch and wear resistance, ensuring a longer service life. This solves the common problem of traditional frames leaking air due to damage on set.
No truss, no hassle
With its exceptional structural strength, the AM1600R hangs stably without truss support, offering a lighter, more streamlined solution for large-scale soft lighting. Simply connect the included pump to 8 psi in 3 minutes and you're ready to easily illuminate large spaces.
15 days without re-inflating
The AM1600R is built with exceptional airtightness and retains its stable shape for up to 15 days without re-inflating, eliminating the need for daily refilling and increasing efficiency on set.
Versatile detachable accessories
The AM1600R offers a variety of detachable accessories that can be used separately or in combination, providing more options for creative lighting setups.
IP54 weather resistance
The AM1600R is built to withstand unpredictable weather conditions. The light housing and controller meet IP54 standards and provide reliable protection against rain, dust and challenging outdoor conditions.
All the professional control options you need
The AM1600R offers all the professional control methods you would expect on set: CRMX, DMX, Ethernet, KNOWLED app and built-in control. This ensures stable synchronisation of multiple lights and accurate, real-time adjustments in complex lighting environments.
Foldable design for greater mobility
To solve the storage and transport problems of large-scale lighting setups, the AM1600R is fully foldable, including the light panels, inflatable butterfly frame and accessories. The custom-made flight case accommodates the complete system. Wherever your shoots take you, all you have to do is pack up and go.
Efficient, cost-effective maintenance
The AM1600R's modular design with Velcro fasteners makes replacing panels quick and easy, saving time and money on set. A repair kit is included to quickly repair any leaks in the inflatable butterfly frame. Accessories are also fully removable for easy cleaning or replacement.
