The Hoodman HSC Magnet Mount Sunshade Hood for DJI Smart Controllers gives drone pilots the best possible glare-free view outdoors. Hoodman's 4-sided hood blocks the light from the screen from all 4 sides. Three-sided visors miss 25% of the glare. 6 magnets hold the hood securely in place over the Smart Controller monitor. A black powder coated steel LCD frame mounts securely around the perimeter of the LCD screen using the 2 threaded forward controller holes. Two additional mounting holes are integrated into the LCD frame mount to accommodate other accessories such as lanyards. 4 mounting screws and an Allen key are included.

The unique design of the soft corner cap allows for joystick movement and the cutout in the bottom panel allows easy access to the touchscreen. Hoodman has a reputation for building durable sunshades that last. The rugged nylon sewn over plastic inserts has proven to be a great way to build durable, long-lasting hoods. Sunshade Hood base measures 5.25 inches (13.3 cm) horizontally by 3.12 inches (7.9 cm) vertically by 5 inches (12.7 cm) deep and weighs only 170 grams.
